Gaslight is a family owned brewpub in South Orange, and the site says it is the only brewpub in Essex County. It makes ales and lagers on site and runs a restaurant with food made from scratch, including breads and desserts from its own pastry shop. The upstairs U-Brew shop sells homebrewing supplies.
