Fullsteam is a Durham brewery that has been brewing since 2010 and buys local malt, fruit and foraged ingredients to make beer for the Southern beer economy. The downtown Durham taproom, the Fullsteam Public House, serves Southern bar food, beer, Wyndfall cider and wine, with a 100-seat theater and private event space upstairs. A second taproom at Boxyard RTP also serves food and beer.
