Fox Hops Brewery

Samantha Fox opened Fox Hops on April 1, 2024, with her mother Ginger as part owner, in a building the family put up on the Beverly Five-Lane south of downtown Elkins. Samantha went through the brewing program at BridgeValley Community and Technical College, apprenticed at Greenbrier Valley Brewing and brews everything on a small 3.5 barrel system. Twelve taps pour house beers only, and the American Ale and Chocolate Stout are the best sellers. Two beers took medals at the 2024 Denver International Beer Competition, and the kitchen serves brats cooked in the house amber, pimento cheese bites and a PB&J burger.
