Fools Fire is a small Tallahassee brewery in the All Saints District, near Railroad Square. It started in 2016 behind the Fermentation Lounge, a craft beer bar next door, and opened its own tasting room and nano brewery in 2021. The tap room keeps short hours, open Wednesday from 4pm to 10pm, and the lounge is open the rest of the week. The brewery also takes custom beer requests by phone.
