Flounder Brewing is a family-owned brewery in Hillsborough, New Jersey, in restored 250-year-old barns at Carriage Farm. It has brewed since 2013 and runs a tasting room with live music, open mics, private events and a rotating lineup of food trucks. Guests bring their own food because New Jersey law does not let the brewery sell it. The on-site menu changes weekly.
