Evolution Craft Brewing Co

Brothers Tom and John Knorr started Evolution in Delmar, Delaware, in 2009 and moved it to Salisbury a few years later, into the old Salisbury Ice Plant on East Vine Street. The brewery, tasting room and Public House restaurant share the block, and the restaurant's dining rooms were once the plant's freezers. The Public House won best new restaurant in 2012 and cooks with local farm and seafood products, and a taproom and pizzeria with a food truck kitchen sits next door on the patio. The tasting room pours the mainline beers, seasonals and small batches that never leave the building. Lot No. 3 IPA and Lucky 7 Porter are the beers most people know.
