A brewery and restaurant on the north side of Carlisle, open since 2016, with about a dozen house beers and a scratch-made German food menu. The beer leans German, with pilsner, schwarzbier, weizen and bock alongside a red IPA and a hazy. Its Black Forest Schwarzbier has won medals at the Pennsylvania Farm Show and a gold at the 2020 U.S. Open Beer Championship. It also runs beer stands at the Carlisle Fairgrounds car shows.
