The Dead Canary is a nano brewery and taproom in the restored Hoffer Building on Front Street in Philipsburg. It opened in October 2022 on a 2.5 barrel system and was the town's first brewery in about a century. The taproom pours its own beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, with paninis and events such as live music and puzzle nights.
