Country Boy Brewing was founded in 2012 by four Kentuckians and makes minimally processed beers with real ingredients. The production brewery and taproom in Georgetown opened in 2017 and has a kitchen on site. It also runs the original taproom on Chair Avenue in Lexington and a taproom in the Omni hotel in downtown Louisville.
