Central Waters Brewing Co
Amherst, WI
Central Waters Brewing runs an Amherst taproom in central Wisconsin with indoor bar seating and an outdoor beer garden, plus free brewery tours. The brewery says it uses solar power and water conservation, and it hosts Tap Talks on conservation. The site also lists a Milwaukee Tap Room, but its address is not on these pages. The Amherst taproom serves no food, though guests may bring their own and food trucks visit some weekends.
