Capital Brewery Co Inc
Middleton, WI · since 1984
Capital Brewery was founded in 1984 in Middleton, just outside Madison, to brew German style lagers. Its copper kettles from Germany are still in use, and it now also makes ales, IPAs and barrel aged beers. The Bier Garten runs May through October and the indoor Bier Stube and Grain Room open in the winter months.
