Bunnyman Brewing opened its first taproom in Burke, tucked by the tracks, and the name comes from a Fairfax County legend about a man in a bunny suit. The brewery now runs three taprooms: Burke, Lorton and Chantilly, where the production hub sits. The menu covers lagers, IPAs, sours and dark beers, and the brewery says it releases nearly 100 different beers a year.
