Brew Keepers

Kevin Ayres started Brew Keepers in July 2016 as a small production brewery that sold growlers and crowlers to go and kegs to local bars. In August 2019 it opened a taproom on Market Street in Wheeling's Centre Market district, in an old fire station with a two-barrel brewhouse in the brick basement. The taproom runs 12 to 16 taps of mostly traditional styles, from cream ale and Irish red to Czech dark lager, with a few seasonal handles. It is bring your own food and has a deck that looks out over Centre Market.
