Blue Point started in Patchogue, Long Island in 1998, founded by home brewers Mark Burford and Pete Cotter, and Toasted Lager is its best known beer. Anheuser-Busch bought the brewery in 2014 and sold it to Tilray Brands in 2023. It still brews on West Main Street in Patchogue.
