Birdsong Brewing Company opened in Charlotte in 2010, started by husband and wife Chris and Tara Goulet with a friend who was learning to home-brew. The taproom on North Davidson Street has about 20 taps, a bar and a patio, and it is open most evenings. The brewery also hosts private parties and supports local Charlotte causes.
