Archetype opened in 2017 in a former auto shop on Beacham's Curve in West Asheville. The family owned taproom pours its own beers, mostly Belgian styles, saisons, IPAs and barrel aged beers, next to wine, cocktails, cider and non-alcoholic drinks. The brewhouse is in view of the bar. Food comes from neighboring courtyard businesses and can be brought to your table.
