Homebrewer Curt Kimbrell opened Amani Brewing in January 2022 on his farm off Ropp Drive, about three miles from the Spring Mills exit of I-81. It was the first brewery in Martinsburg in about ten years. The family runs it together, and the name comes from daughter Paris Amani Kimbrell. Beer comes off a 5-barrel electric brewhouse, and the open Kitchen Project makes pizzas from scratch dough, plus there is house canned cold brew coffee. The big yard has picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and fire pits, and kids and leashed dogs are welcome.
