Alltech's Lexington Brewing

Lexington, KY · since 1999

Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. revived the Lexington Brewing Co. name in 1999 and is the only combined brewery and distillery on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The brewery ages many of its beers in fresh bourbon barrels, and the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale is the flagship. The site says the brand is family owned and that some beers are sold nationally.
