Aldus Brewing Company

Aldus Brewing Company makes its beers inside the old Snyder's of Hanover snack factory in Hanover, PA, a building that has been used for food production since the 1920s. The brewery began in 2014 and says its aim is easy-drinking beer for all kinds of drinkers, from hop fans to newcomers. Its Dolphin & Anchor Brew Pub on Center Square opened in February 2024, serving draft beer and a food menu. The beers are sold through wholesale distributors and the brewery's own distribution in parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland.
