A German style Kölsch from Cologne. It is the brewery's gateway beer for people new to craft, and it won silver at the 2026 North Carolina Brewers Cup.

Beer is poured at the Surry Street taproom, and growlers go home with you. The brewery also cans some beers and has a Where to Find Our Brews map on its site, so check that for bars and shops.

Aroma
Light malt and a hint of citrus.
Appearance
Pale gold and clear.
Taste
Subdued malt at first, then a citrusy tang with a touch of hops and no real bitterness.
