A sour aged in oak barrels for three to four months with pineapple and whole chamomile flowers. It was one of the first beers from the Wood Shop.

The site says it distributes across a good portion of the Midwest and lists its distributors, but names no states beyond Indiana. The beer finder shows where bottles and cans are in stores, bars and restaurants, and the site advises calling ahead. Side Trail beers are sold only on draft at its taprooms and brewpubs.

Aroma
Sweet pineapple and chamomile.
Appearance
Golden and hazy.
Taste
Tart pineapple with floral chamomile and a dry, refreshing finish.
Overall
Tart and floral, with fruit that does not overpower.
