A Belgian-style white ale brewed with Tennessee grains from a Hillsboro farm, with orange zest, coriander and chamomile.

Sold through distributors covering Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Chattanooga and other regions of Tennessee. Bars that buy from those distributors can pour it. Six-packs, four-packs, crowlers, cases and kegs are sold to go at the Nashville taproom.

Aroma
Orange zest, coriander and a little honey.
Appearance
Cloudy pale straw with a soft white head.
Taste
Tangerine, pear and honey with a light spice and a dry finish.
Overall
A bright, citrusy white ale that works with seafood and light food.
