Sapporo's dark lager, made with roasted malts. It is dark but still smooth and crisp, not heavy.
Where to get it
Sold nationwide.
- Bars and restaurants
- Bottle shops
- Beer distributors
- Grocery stores
- Convenience stores
Sapporo is sold nationwide through wholesalers. In Pennsylvania that means cases at beer distributors, six-packs and twelve-packs at licensed grocery and convenience stores, and draft at bars. In Maryland most of it is at liquor stores, since few grocery stores there hold a beer license. In West Virginia look in grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations. The big 22 ounce cans are common at sushi spots and Asian grocery stores.
