A saison aged 12 months in red zinfandel barrels that held dry gin, then conditioned on fresh spruce tips. Released in June 2024 in 500 ml bottles.

The brewery says its beer is on tap and to go across New York State, mainly in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Albany. Its site names no stores, and it lists five Rochester locations that sell kegs. Check with the brewery or a local shop for cans.
