An English-style amber ale named after the caves once used to age beer in Potosi. It is built on roasted caramel malts.

Potosi beer is sold through distributors in Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. Wisconsin stores that stock it are not named on the site, so check the distributor list or call the brewery for cans and kegs near you. Draft and the rotating taps are poured at the Potosi brewpub.
