A stronger take on a dry Irish stout with Maris Otter, pale chocolate, crystal oat malt and roasted barley.

Where to get it

Around Baltimore and nearby towns.

  • At the taproom
  • Cans to go
  • Bars and restaurants
  • Bottle shops

Cans and draft at the Waverly tasting room, where the In Stock list on the website shows which cans are available to go. Some beers, like Mr. Trash Wheel's Lost Python Ale, also go out to Baltimore-area bars and liquor stores.

Stock changes fast. If this is wrong, say so in the forum and we will fix it.

Aroma

Roast, light chocolate and toffee.

Appearance

Black with a tan head.

Taste

Chocolate and toffee notes, then a dry roast that fades out clean.

Overall

A classic style with a little more muscle.
