A wild saison aged eight months in a Barolo foeder then refermented with Montmorency cherries.

Draft and cans are poured at the Mousetrap taproom in Chicago. In Illinois, packaged beer goes out through Windy City Distribution and Chicago Beverage Systems, so check their BeerHunter finder for stores. The brewery's bottle shop is closed for now.
