A dry hopped pilsner in the Italian style, first brewed in 2023 as a nod to a pilsner from Birrificio Italiano and brought back as a patio beer in 2024.

Poured at the Balmoral taproom and beer garden, where cans and growlers go home. The site also says some beers are in distribution across Illinois, so check the brewery or a store for what is on the shelf.

Floral hops and a streak of noble spice.
Appearance
Clear gold with a white foam cap.
Taste
