A 6.5% IPA built on Amarillo and Cascade with a newer HQG hop, made as a Thanksgiving side.

Poured at the Balmoral taproom and beer garden, where cans and growlers go home. The site also says some beers are in distribution across Illinois, so check the brewery or a store for what is on the shelf.

Aroma
Sweet mango and grapefruit with pine bark and grass.
Appearance
Clear orange with a soft foam cap.
Taste
Piney, with a fair bit of bitterness and a touch of sweet malt that lifts the citrus.
Overall
A classic style IPA.
