A bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout aged a year in Basil Hayden, Woodford Reserve and Dickel barrels, then blended with 33 percent fresh imperial stout. Notes of dark chocolate, bourbon oak and caramel.
Where to get it
500 ml bottles, limit three per person.
Sold in NY, CT, NJ.

Poured at the Peconic and Greenport tasting rooms. The site sells cases online and says the beer is distributed in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, but names no stores. Check with the brewery about cans in your area.
