A dark saison made with Cabernet Franc grapes and fermented with Brettanomyces, then aged about 15 months in red wine barrels from the winery. First brewed in 2017 and the brewer's favorite.

Poured at the farm taproom in Natural Bridge. Dogs are welcome on the patio and lawn.
