A medium brown dunkelweizen with a slight wheat haze. It was first brewed for a renaissance festival.

Poured at the Leonardtown taproom and on draft at a few St. Mary's County spots, including The Rex, Brudergarten Beer Garden at Shepherd's Old Field Market, The Slice House, The Front Porch and Olde Town Pub, per Visit St. Mary's. Ask at the taproom about growlers to go.

Aroma
Toasted bread with subtle clove.
Appearance
Caramel brown with a cream colored head and a slight haze.
Taste
Malt sweetness with mild nuttiness and caramel, balanced by gentle noble hops.
Overall
Malty and mild, with a little tang on the finish.
