A strong, smoky doppelbock released in winter after the new year. It was lagered for a long time.

Poured at the taproom and at bars and restaurants. Taproom to-go beer is sold there, and half barrels are ordered through a local Binny's. Check with the brewery about cans and sixtels before you go.

Aroma
Dried plums and beechwood smoke.
Appearance
Dark and reddish.
Taste
Dark fruit, chocolate malt and smoke with a full, smooth body.
