A rye IPA fermented with saison yeast and hopped with Michigan hops. It leans on the rye more than the hops.

Draft only at the Elk City taproom, with half pours available. Elk City is a PODA district, so you can carry a beer in a PODA cup along the sidewalk. Hours can change, so the brewery points people to its Facebook page.

Aroma
Spicy rye, orange and a peppery yeast note.
Appearance
Amber orange with a light haze.
Taste
Spicy rye grain and orange-like yeast character with only mild bitterness.
Overall
An odd, interesting IPA for people who do not want a hop bomb.
