An unfiltered Belgian style wheat beer with chamomile, Curacao orange peel and coriander. Light and floral. A flagship since 2007, named for a Belgian beer lounge in Bethlehem.

Poured on draft at the Allentown and Bethlehem brewpubs. Limited releases come in 16 oz cans sold at both brewpubs. The site names no stores that carry it.
